The villa belongs to a small development of new-build villas in Quesada and is completed. It offers 265 m² of living space on a 300 m² plot, four bedrooms, a garage, 130 m² of terraces and a 4 × 10 m pool.
As the show villa it is fully furnished and fitted with a designer kitchen. On the patio level there is a second lounge that can serve as a home office, cinema room or additional retreat. A planted inner courtyard brings light into the rooms.
Our honest assessment: The photos show the furnished show version. Living area (265 m²) and bathrooms (3) follow the developer's brochure; the property page states 265 m² and 4 bathrooms instead. We clarify whether the furnishing is included in the purchase price before any recommendation.
