The project is close to the centre of Santa Pola (Alicante region), next to the first construction phase of the same development; the exact address is open. According to the sales company’s project page 48 apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms are being built. The price list of 9 October 2026 shows ten apartments with 2 bedrooms between €235,000 and €250,000 (64 to 89 m², terraces 6 to 12 m²).
According to the dossier the rooftop pool and solarium belong to the development; for one unit a furnished kitchen and aerothermal heating are stated. Two broker portals give 2 bathrooms for unit E2-BAJO 5 (68.8 m², terrace 8.7 m², €235,000); for the other units the number of bathrooms and unambiguous apartment numbers are missing. Garage and storage room are optional (price open). The dossier gives Q2 2028 for completion, the unit September 2028. The developer of phase II is not directly confirmed; we will clarify developer, prices and dates before any recommendation. Prices net, plus VAT and purchase costs.
